  1. This is what I found when I went to replace the cam sensor. any ideas?
  2. Well I did use the tool on the front cover, looks like I get to do it again!!
  3. This one is in the cover. I put the GM one in and slowly turned. And it still hits the sensor. Can the cam plate go on backwards?

  5. I got the GM sensor and it’s the same exact size. I am wondering if there is another size. I used the single bolt GM cam. But that motor had the sensor on the side of the block. Cam shouldn’t be longer should it?!?
  6. I did a DOD delete on my 2007 Silverado. The cam gear is hitting the cam sensor. What did I do wrong?
  7. I used the stock cam from GM with my old cam sprocket.
  8. Did a DOD delete on my 2007 Silverado. Cranks but will not start. I have fuel pressure at the rail. I have spark. It will not start with starting fluid. I am not getting any cam data to my scanner? I replaced the cam sensor when I had the truck apart with a after market sensor. Any way to check and see if the sensor is functioning properly? and before anyone asks the question, no I have not checked compression yet. I have to stop after work and get a new gauge.
