  1. The battery died due to the cold weather, the truck got started daily and driven daily, so the battery died, it happens, then I left the vehicle for about a week cause it was under a foot of snow, then when things thawed out I went outside to work on it.
  2. No crank, No Start, all lights are on on the dash, radio works, headlights work, no security light staying on, just the service 4wd light that stays on. I try to start and nothing, then I leave the key in the On position and the only light that stays on is service 4wd, I have pulled every fuse, normal and jcase fuses, I have tested everyone of them. Yet the truck will not start, is there a reset procedure I'm supposed to do with a new battery, it is a computer controlled vehicle, so I imagine it has a reset of some sort, the owners manual says nothing.
  3. I had to replace my battery after it died this week. I replaced it with an optima red top battery. But the truck will not start now. The Battery has good connection and everything is tight, everything I check with the test light is good, but still wont start. Any of you have any ideas? Any assistance would be appreciated. Its a 2007 chevy silverado crew cab 4wd with the 5.3.
