removed the oil pan to check syphon tube o ring. reinstalled oil pan with new gasket. now its leaking around the aluminum housing behind the oil pan. my question is can that aluminum cover be removed so i can look behind to see the edge of the oil pan to see why its leaking now without removing the pan. the pie shaped cover bolts into the pan also with larger bolts
