Is it the same kit are your control arms Stamped steel or cast steal?

in the description for this lift kit it ses Stamped Steel models WILL require strut disassembly for installation of pre-load spacer. My question is it doesn’t give me an option to select what style control arms I have so how do ik I am getting the right kit and also does it matter I’ve seen a few videos with stamped steel control arms where they use a kit that according to rough country’s website is for the cast control arms any one happen to use this kit on their own truck ?
