Thank you both for this post. To be of further help to the next person: In my case all of my Special Tools (AKA Paper clips) were too large, I was able to use a small pick with the 90 degree bend to accomplish this task. Other things to note: I had to apply a decent amount of pressure, and that must be applied for the entire duration that you are adjusting the code. And, You need to have the knob turned to the locked position. Enjoy!
