Stevep45....I stumbled upon your post from November 22 while looking for troubleshooting advice for the exact same symptoms on my 2019 Silverado RST (random Service ESC and Service Parking Brake message as well one brief hood open message). One year later, did replacing the hood latch permanently solve your issue? Thanks

I have been researching TCM problems related to my 2019 Silverado and came across a reference to customer satisfaction program N192272400 related to rear wheel lock up at low speed. It's not the issue I am facing but perhaps it is related to your situation. You can Google the number and find related documentation. Good luck.
