I have been working on a 04 k2500 4x4 6.0L. It had p0327, p0332. The customer brought it to me and requested i install new knock sensors and a harness. I asked about diagnosis but he said I already got that taken care of. I usually don't work like this but I explained that if it did not work he was responsible. Well of course I replaced the sensors with a/c delco and a new harness. When I test drove both codes came back. I did some research and found several ideas . The first thing I did is mounted 2 more sensors between the heater hoses and hooked them up with another harness. When I drove again both codes reset. Next time I mounted both sensors in the back of the passenger side head. when I drove it again only code p0327 came back. Just for chits and giggles I disconnected the wire to sensor 1 and I have driven it 3 times with no codes setting. What code should be setting with the wire off sensor #1?
