  1. OK guys, need some serious troubleshooting help here. I have a 2008 Silverado with a 4.8L V8, 295,000 mi and up until this week was running like a swiss watch. Wednesday morning went to start it up and it would not start easily and once it did was idling extremely rough. Codes generated were mass and numerous, the primary being P0336 (Crankshaft Position Sensor Performance). I replaced the CKP and cleared the codes out. Went to restart it and it started rough again, this time throwing P0335 and P0341 (CKP Sensor Circuit) and (Camshaft Position Sensor Performance), I replaced the CMP and cleared the codes out. Now the truck starts fine but idles rough and I'm still getting the P0335 along with an occasional P0300 (Engine Misfire Detected). Not getting any RPMs on the dash or in the computer. I am also getting a "Service Stabilitrak" and "Service Traction Control System" alerts in the DIC that I normally don't have. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. Wife is about ready to set the truck on fire and burn it....
