My '99 Silverado only blows air out of the vents. I've replaced the actuators in the past because the gears inside were cracked so the "popped" every time I changed the settings. Now, they do nothing so I'm wondering if it's the actuators again or if, possibly, it could be the switch. The hot/cold blows cooler air only when the dial is turned all the way to the left or blue side. Any ideas???
