I have a 2024 Chevy 2500 HD and this happens every single trip after about 30 minutes. The only thing I found to get it to work again is to shut the truck off for 10 minutes. There has to be another way. We can't just pull over and shut down for 10 minutes every time the seek forward and reverse buttons on the steering wheel decide to stop working. I cannot understand paying 80k for a 2024 truck in 2023 to not have the radio buttons work. A band new vehicle, especially a future model year, should not have these types of issues. Vehicles are way too expensive nowadays to have issues like this. @GMCustomerService
