    I had the brake module replaced on my 2024 Denali Ultimate and I continue to intermittently get the "Trailer Brakes Disabled - Service Required" message. No solar, but I do have 2 lithium batteries. GMC now says it's being caused by my HydraStar brake system. I never had this issue with my Ford truck. GMC is stating the issue is mine to resolve. This is not my camper causing this problem, it's the truck. I sent a letter to GMC asking for them to buy the truck back. I just want a safe and reliable truck! My next step is to sue. Anyone interested in joining a class action suit?

    I'm having a heck of a time diagnosing my warning lights. Same issue as some folks. I'm towing a 5th wheel with my new 2024 GMC Denali Ultimate dually diesel. I get a "check trailer brake lamp" and an occasional "trailer brake disabled - service required" warning. I had the truck plug replaced, as well as the 5th wheel plug and it didn't clear the problem. The lights work. Now, after going through all this, I believe it is the brake controller module. The problem is intermittent, but I'm 4,500 miles from home! I am trying to find a GMC dealership that can help as I move along.
