Screaminfire

I have a problem with y radio when using my USB as well as using my bluetooth. The USB doesn't work at all and the media keeps kicking in and out. I gives me a code Status update failed: Also Insert update media and remove others. System is shutting down.. Went to the dealer and they don't have any updates for my 2014 Silverado 1500 They want $220 to hook up to diagnosis it. Has anyone had any problems with theirs? Thnx in advance
