GMC Sierra 1500 Denali package with electric running boards: If you live in winter snow/ice conditions, consider keeping the running boards in the out position full time. This is done by making sure the running boards are extended and then pulling the circuit breaker in the engine bay. Justification is to prevent motor issues when extending in icing conditions. I have don e this already on my Denali and am very glad I did. Also will protect the truck from door dings by other cars.
