I noticed this morning my 2022 6.6 L Duramax was a hair over 210 and stayed there the whole time this was the first time I ever noticed that and also I noticed and this may sound weird but I used to get the smell of DEF from the exhaust and now I get the smell of diesel from the exhaust. Also, the first five minutes of driving I think it went in the region and it was smoking pretty bad at idle at a red light. I don’t know maybe I’m just paranoid. just seemed weird to me. I just get a DEF smell from the exhaust , but now I had a hard diesel smell. Maybe the thermostat got stuck or something I’m not sure. Any ideas?
