Yep! Mine are covered under a 10 year 150000 mile special coverage for 2016 and 2017 only years for 5.3 and 6.2. What a relief! Good luck to all in your endeavors. PP

Mine is a 2017 Silverado with 14,450 miles. I'm out of the 3-36 so mine aren't covered under warranty. I can't see how these deteriorate sitting in my garage and are causing the P050D code. I don't see this being a good scenario in the long run. Certainly a costly one and I only use premium top tier fuel from Arco, here in Ca., ANY SUGGESTIONS?

I have a 2017 Silverado 6.2, crew cab with 14,587 miles. It was bought Nov. 30,2017. It is out of 3year 36 warranty. I to have a p050d code. I have an appointment for Wednesday to my dealer. If this is normal for this to happen, I'm getting rid of this truck. I use top tier, premium fuel from Arco. I take great care of my truck and have hD my dealer changed the oil three times so far. Is there better injectors or is this the way Direct Injection is. SOUNDS REAL EXPENSIVE IF THIS HAPPENS EVERY 15,000 MILES!!!
