From the “what a bummer” file.. this Silverado owner was in the process of returning to his Chevrolet dealership for a recall. Unfortunately, he didn’t make it.
Dylan Bendel shared this video on Facebook with the following information:
“Brand new 2021 Chevrolet Silverado with only 5,000 miles started on fire before the guy could even get into the Friendly Chevrolet parking lot. He came in for a recall from Wisconsin.”
While videos of burning hot Silverado are always fascinating, you can’t help but feel bad for this owner. As of the moment we hit publish on this post, no information on what really went wrong was available. We hope he or she gets a new truck soon.
