GMC and Chip Ganassi Racing have teamed up for a multi-year sponsorship that will include the HUMMER EV becoming the face of CGR’s Extreme E Entry.
Extreme E is a five race global electric off-road championship series launching this year. CGR will compete in those five races using their own 550-horsepower electric SUV branded and designed to look similar to the GMC HUMMER EV.
Off-road racers Kyle LeDuc and Sara Price will fill the driver’s slots for CGR Racing in Extreme E Racing.
