Costco’s Limited-Time savings event is underway and members can get great deals.
There are a few notable differences this year for those who shop for a new vehicle through Costco’s program. First up, there is presently a $1,000 savings on Chevrolet: Blazer, Colorado, Silverado 1500/2500/3500, Suburban, Tahoe, Traverse and Blazer;
Buick: Encore and Enclave; GMC: Acadia, Canyon, Sierra 1500/2500/3500, Yukon and Yukon XL. This savings is stacked on top of any discounts from GM that you may qualify for (such as a military discount, teacher, student, first responder, the list is endless and you can see it here.) The Silverado is the top-selling vehicle purchased through the Costco program.
The Costco program is offering a $3,000 discount on the Bolt EV. Be cautious with the Bolt. In our area, dealers are offering five-figure discounts themselves as part of the Mass. and RI Drivegreen Program.
“The Costco Auto Program Savings Event is a great opportunity to take advantage of year-end savings,” said Rick Borg, Costco Auto Program general manager. “To receive extraordinary value, Costco members can stack the member-only incentive with manufacturer incentives for which they are eligible.”
Another change this year is that GMC, Chevrolet, and Buick are being joined by Volvo in the program.
If you were a Costco member by September 30, 2020, you can take advantage of these added savings. For more on the program check out the company’s webpage.
