Solid steel mounting post. Ran the post the height of the entire grill so I can easily mount other light bars on the same post in the future. Planning on putting another one right above this one and then one in the top honeycomb area of the grill. Not the cleanest cut on the top of the posts, I know, but I didn't need it to be cleanest. Works perfectly.
