Unfortunately, it does not fit if the factory floor liners are installed.

Does this fit well without sliding around? I'v seen them online and considering buying but a little worried about the fit since the hump is flat and the console has a curved bottom.

Fits great. The front section actually tucks under the dash so you lose the use of that small section but it adds stability and I’ve had two drinks in the cup holders with no movement. The width is about perfect. For about $30 it is worth it for the extra storage. Quality is decent but plastic is a little cheap but once again it was only about $30 and it looks great.
