  1. The question I have is, why is GM working with some customers, and treating others like they're the only one with a problem? They wouldn't even acknowledge I had an issue, when it's obvious several owners have the same problem.
  2. XM is fine. I'm just referring to FM radio reception. I don't plan on purchasing XM after trial, but can't listen to radio most of the time. If GM knows about problem and have people working on it, why wouldn't they tell their customers that instead of insulting us with works as designed?
  3. My 2014 has terrible reception. Dealer says need GM to make a move. GM repeatedly says "sorry, but radio works as designed". Worst customer service ever.
