I am just so befuddled at the people whom keep buying these vehicles. The only way to wake up GM is to not buy the products.
OK now to tell you how mine were handled. The 2015 LTZ Suburban was replaced willingly by GM with a 2016. The 16 was worse than the 15. It spent 83 days in the shop the first 5 months. GM refused to make the 16 right and told me it was in my head. Well after filing Georgia Lemon Law and GM ignoring me, I then filed arbitration. They had to respond then so they got a high powered attorney out of New York and I got me a South Georgia attorney. I told my attorney to make them fly to the hearing within 50 miles of me. Within 4 days of the hearing occuring GM chickened out after demanding my vehicle for inspection (of course I was present for that per state law) they did not want me there. We never got a final inspection report copy and GM paid me a full refund and half of my attorney fees. It only cost me $127 for 9000 miles on the 16 and they had to give me back all my down payment and payments I made between the 15 and 16. I am now very happy in my Ford Expedition EL because my Sequoia ended up being too small. Oh, and I even have 22's that ride great on my Expedition from the factory unlike my Suburbans. The dealership I bought my Suburbans from also turned on me after the point because that was 2 buybacks against them. Needless to say I will never buy anything from Prince Automotive Group in South Georgia again! Their managers are cowards and like to hide behind closed doors instead of facing the customers.
