if it was anti theft it wouldn't' run even with jumping FPR

I did check codes , nothing that pointed to a Fuel issue had an EGR code and transmission code.

Believe it or not, I did check the fuse ha ha , the PCM supplys ground not power ? so I should have 2 grounds for the relay ?

Newbie here with questions... My "Ole Trusty" 99 Sierra 1500 with the 5.3 quit running the other day after testing everything it appears that the ECM isn't sending power to the Fuel pump relay. So my question is , does anyone know what tells the ECM to power the fuel pump or does it mean the ECM is bad ? I can jump FPR and get her back to running and i have tested continuity from ECM to FPR thanks in advance
