My brake line broke when I was backing the boat in the river. It will start and idle for a second but the shut off. Could it be the computer?

I need some advice. My brake line broke when I was backing the boat into the river. I changed all the fluids, got all the water out of the cylinders and pUT sea foam in the gas tank with fresh gas But my problem is when I crank it over it will start and idle for a second and then shut off. Any ideas?
