I have read on this and other GMC/Chevy blogs about people having issues with their Infotainment System "ghosting" (changing stations, changing apps, etc.). Most recently, mine actually stopped navigation and rerouted me home while I was in Indianapolis traffic!?! I noticed where California has a civil case against GM regarding 2020-2022 models but cannot find where GM is acknowledging / recalling the earlier models and I cannot find any evidence of civil action for 2014-2018 models. I have recently filed a claim with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration in hopes that they may force GMs hand. I highly recommend anyone having issues do the same, as the NHTSA will look for similar complaints in order to push for action. Thanks!
