  1. 2014 Silverado Crew Cab.  Mylink quit working (black or blank screen)

    .

Searched for solutions and tried all of the following:  NOTE.  None of these worked for me

Pull yellow 20 Amp fuse and wait anywhere from 5 seconds to 10 minutes.

Disconnect negative side of the battery and wait 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 20 minutes AND even tried all night.

    .

I tried removing all battery connections and bringing the positive side to ground potential (don't do this unless you know exactly what you are doing)

    .

Nothing worked until I found a post where somebody had changed their cabin air filter and Mylink stopped working.

The light bulb came on.  I had pulled my glove boxes and was going to replace my filter when I found out it was new.

(I bought the truck a week ago)  I had already looked for loose cables (I didn't find any the first time) but the article mentioned a blue colored connector.  I know I had not seen a connector,  but on second viewing after pulling the glove box out again... I looked below from the floor upward and there were connectors.  One of the connectors was blue.  It was hiding behind a very large support piece in the dash.  So look harder for connectors because they are there.

    .

I wiggled the connector and Mylink came to life.   I wiggled it again and it went out.  I cleaned the connector and it's OK now.

Thanks to "Everybody" who posts problems and solutions.
