It looks like 84391123 is spec’d for the 5.3 and 84391124 is for the 6.2. As soon as I enter the 4.3 or 2.7 as my engine in the browser the insulator option goes away. Even an RST with the 2.7 won’t show the part. I looked under my hood (4.3 Custom) and it looks like the hood is punched correctly to accept the retainers.
