  1. Have the 2020 Silverado Custom. The truck came without an insulator pad under the hood. I haven't been able to find a correct part number for the custom. 84391123 is the option for the trim packages RST, LT, Trail Boss. 84391124 is the option for High Country and LTZ. When trying to order, neither one comes back as a fit for the custom. Not sure if I even need one or not but they are inexpensive and heard they reduce heat. Any thoughts on this?
  2. Is there a shock sensor add on for factory alarms? My brother-in laws truck was stolen at an HEB and the surveillance cameras showed that the first thing they did was to rap on the back of the truck when approaching it
  3. I have been reading about thieves disarming onstar and swapping out ecms and taking off with the 2019/2020 Silverado. Has anyone come up with a way to slow them down? Kill switch, ecm strap/lock, hood pin switch with train horn, whatever. I'm guessing the factory alarm is useless to, not sure. This is concerning to have all this technology and they can get your truck in 3 minutes. I did also read where the 2020 Silverado may have address some of it but there was nothing specific about it.
  4. The wire I'm holding is the only single wire to my harness, everything else plugs into fog lights and headlights
  5. The one I'm holding is from the fog light harness. I have confirmed there is not a terminal in B3 body connector which instructions say to remove if one is there, seal and plug in the one I am holding. The C3 body connector is also empty which would come from the BCM to under hood box.
  6. Well, I just confirmed that I do nor have the wire from the BCM to the under hood box and that harness wasn't supplied with the kit. Does anyone know if this single wire harness is available pre assembled? Easy enough to make but serious trouble finding correct pin to plug into the BCM and under hood box
  7. I have not yet confirmed if the BCM to under hood body connector 2 brown/white wire is already there or if I will need to run one. I'm just trying to have everything ready so there are no surprises. If the jumper is not installed, I will do as suggested and snip off terminal and reuse for green connector. I would just need a pin for the BCM

  9. The wire shown will plug into the green body connector 2, pin B3. Instructions say if there is a connector present to remove and seal it. Thank you for giving me the tool number.
  10. The image is the connector that plugs into B3 Body 2 connector at fuse box from fog light wiring harness. Does anyone know the type of pin this is? I will need to remove an existing one at the B3 Body 2 connector to install and need to get the removal tool on hand before I tear into it. Thanks
  11. Did you ever figure out the pin connector for the BCM? I'm in need also
