    On my new 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 when I push the steering wheel phone button I only get a low volume beep not a voice prompt as I did on my 2016 Chevy Silverado. Is this normal for this bottom level radio that should not even be in a $50,000 vehicle? And apparently there is no way of upgrading this radio? Thank you. Bob
