It looks like this post if from years ago, but i had the exact same problem with my 2014 silverado and i found a fix for it without doing a relift. I have a 2014 z71 with the "6 inch lift kit" from fab tech. You will see why thats in qoute here in a minute lol. So i had the same problem when turning it would chew up the outsides of the tires really bad. Took it to 5 different shops, just like everyone no idea why its doing it. The last shop i took it to started taking mesurements of the lift and the truck high itself. Come to find out on the Gen1 kets fabtech uses drop brackets that are are 7 3/4 inches tall. In theroy however much drop you have is the height of your lift kit. So with that being said there 6 inch lift is really nore like an 8 inch lift. So we raised the front end up about 1.75 inchs in the front give everything a healthy angle as far as control arms and everything else. Reason being is the front end components were compleatly flat. The dealer ship never adjust the dirtlogic coil overs on the truck probably because they didnt want the truck to look to big. With everything having an angle now it shortens the length of the tie rods and prevents them from pushing the tire to far out. Hope this helps out someone. I know its a long post but its also a real pain in the rear to figure it out. All in all truck turns perfect now and no abnormal tire wear. Im running 20x10 -19 on 35/12.50 Yokohama MT
