  1. I have 2014 Silverado crew cab and I’m noticing water leaking from under the dash. We had a pretty good rain today and I go to get in my truck and my floor mat had a good amount of water sitting on it and I could see water dripping from up under the dash. Good thing I have weather-tech mats. But I’m running into dead ends trying to figure out how it’s getting in. It’s not the sunroof, it’s not the fin (my headliner isn’t getting wet so it can’t be the fin?) I’ve checked my pillar while it was raining and no water running down it. I read something before about a guy who had a bad weld under the cowl could be letting it in? Or could it possibly be the edges of the windshield leaking? Just looking for any answer here. When I look up under the dash to see where it’s coming from I can see that there is a opening where the leather and firewall material were cut from the factory and it is wet when I put my hand up there, like the material used for the firewall is wet. But my question is, how is it getting there? I will upload pics tomorrow for reference to what I’m talking about. Thanks ahead of time.
  2. But I’m getting no water on the headliner or running down the pillar? Still could be the antenna?
  3. I have a 14 Silverado and I’m getting water pooling on the driver side floor mat. Thankfully I have weather tech mats so it never reaches my carpet. But, it is coming from up under the dash. It’s a very slow drip but I can’t quite find what the cause is. My headliner has never been wet, I’ve blown out the sunroof drains and I’ve also taken my pillar off while raining heavily and no water running down it. That basically rules out my antenna as the problem. So i have no idea what this problem could be. Any help?
  4. I have a 2014 crew cab Silverado. I bought it used with 29k miles 2 years ago. Last year when we got a good rain I noticed water dripping from under the dash and pooling on weather tech mat. I’ve blown out the sunroof drains. The headliner does not get wet when it rains. So that basically rules out the fin. I was in the truck when it was pouring and pulled the pillar off, no water. I can’t seem to track down what may be allowing water in. I’ve looked up under the dash while it was dripping and it looks to be coming from pretty high up under there. Just drips down and pools on the floor mat. My drive way has a slope and when I back down it with the front end being the high end it doesn’t do it. I can’t figure it out. Any help?
