I called GMC directly and they said that the mismatched height in the pedals was a "Safety Feature" that was engineered into the vehicle. Also no dealerships in my area would be willing to modify the height because it would invalidate the warranty. If I got aftermarket pedals that would also void the warrantee.

Yeah I just called the dealer I bought the truck from and they said that they would not be able to modify the pedal height.....

I asked the dealer to check the brake pedal height because this bugs me about my 2019 as well, and they said it's the right height. I'm going to call them again and ask if the pedals can be adjusted to be similar height because it really is like a 5" gap between the pedals and I don't like it while driving.
