The same exact thing just happened to my 2015 GMC Sierra SLT crew cab rear sliding window today in Rhode Island. I heard the hissing sound and then bang, the rear drivers side window panel shattered. My dealer is saying they have never seen it before and they don’t replace glass. I have glass coverage on my insurance policy but that doesn’t help me on whatever electrical problem I have. I’m looking for help, where should I start??
