    I have a 2015 Colorado Z71, heated seats have never got any hotter than luke warm. After about 20 minutes you may feel slight heat from the back, but nothing on the bottom. The heated seat lights work as they are suppose too. This has been like this since day one, and unfortunately I always forgot about it when it was under warranty.
