  1. They are just so much brighter and that's what I like. Ill figure out how to make them work
  2. Oh ok. I'll take a look at that. I was think o mabye putting a diode on the ground wire for the brake light. I think thats where the power is coming from
  3. It's just weird because my older jeep doesn't have any problems with leds
  4. Yeah the video was to big for the forum and you shouldn't need to login to view. Its on a 2005 chevy silverado 2500hd lt model.
  5. Hi guys. So I installed led brake and turn signal bulbs and now when I turn on the left turn signal it blinks fine but on the right side the brake light blinks dimly and the other way around. Ill attach a video to what's happening. It goes away when the headlights are on. https://1drv.ms/v/s!AgYW0s5oWWMFg4tOYi0a37VS-2JiOA
  6. Yeah I ordered some ferrite rings. I'll give hooking it to the battery a try tommorow and let you know. Not ideal but will tell if it's a problem
  7. Hi, new to the fourm here. I installed a new headunit in my dads truck. His truck is a 2005 Chevy Silverado with the bose sound system with factory sub. everything works great other than we have a static noise coming out of the speakers even when there is no audio playing. it goes away once you mute the headunit. We chose the Alpine ILX-W650 which is connected with the PAC RP5 GM11 to retain the steering wheel controls and onstar. Like i said it all works but we just have that static and i dont know what to do. If anyone can help me, it'd be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
