Thanks for the response. Mine ended up being a hose rubbing on the firewall. They said they wrapped it in 3M cushion tape to stop it. In doing so they removed part of the system that controls the air exchange. When reassembling they didn’t synchronize the blend doors and ended up stripping the gears that operated the doors. Parts were not readily available and I ended up trading the truck.
Why does there always have to be one like you, comes naturally? Are the thread monitor? “OLD THREAD”…. Aren’t there threads on here where people ask questions about much older trucks? What are they supposed to do, not ask since it’s been covered 10 years ago?
