Reaching out to see if anyone may have encountered this problem. 21 Sierra 1500 AT4, key fob as well as app will work every function of truck remotely but will not recognize fob to allow pushbutton entry or start. Only way to start truck is to put fob in center of cupholders and service department is currently at a loss.

Cooter Brown, Did you ever get this issue resolved, 2021 Sierra AT4 is doing the same thing. Key fob will work all functions remotely but truck will not detect fob for push button entry or start. My service department is currently unable to get it working.
