I was thinking of ordering a 3500 next summer, and trading this one in. Problem now is that there is no 3500 stock available in my area. I may need to keep it a couple years more, since I am paying so much to get it fixed now.

Been having issues with my transmission not shifting correctly on my 2015 Silverado. Took it in to the dealership and just got the call, needs new torque converter, and a couple valves replaced. Cost, EYE POPPING $4100, and may fix the problem and carries a 2year warranty. BUT, if transmission goes out in a month, then I’m screwed and that isn’t covered. Other option NEW TRANSMISSION FOR $6500 with a 3yr warranty. The real crappy part is the truck only has 67000 miles on it. REALLY, 67000 MILES AND NEEDS A NEW TRANSMISSION, WHAT A PIECE OF JUNK!!! Anyone had similar issues?
