I love the height of your truck. Is it just a lift kit in the front or is the rear adjusted too?

Hello yall first time poster, just got into a chevy a while back. Really love the 3 piece chrome insert look the high countries have but was a little out of my price range. Is the black plastic insert on my truck the same as the ones on High Countries? I want to buy the 3 chrome pieces and snap them on if it will work. Thank you
