I swapped out my 2009 silverado 5.3 engine with a similar gen iv engine that had been rebuilt and DOD removed. I didn't label everything as I should have and I am a little lost on the grounds. The one from the battery I put on the cylinder head with the other ground from the harness although I read you are supposed to put it near the starter. Would that have any affect? Looking at diagrams it appears there should be g107 from the fuse block to the drivers side cylinder head but I don't see anything like that. Finally not sure where these 2 connectors go.
