Having same issues, I have the IO6 radio with nav. It's probably the hmi module from what I've been narrowing it down too

I just checked the ground by the driver side speaker at windshield. It's fine, I know this starts helping narrow it down. But unfortunately I think it's the HMI module. I have the IO6 platform.

Hey yall, this past week I finally got the truck I've been always wanting. I have a 2015 Gmc Sierra 2500hd All Terrain. Great truck, besides small things.. The worst so far is my radio keeps crashing and rebooting. It's happened while connected to my phone it will cut out then go black. And restart then reconnect about every 5-7 mins. I've tried just using the regular radio and it will do same thing. Any ideas? I figured something electrical at first like bad ground or what not but I don't lose radio station and music still comes out. But screen goes blank. The buttons on the wheel sometimes work during the problem also if that makes any since..
