Update its the rear differential it's shot noise got worse took it to a shop to check it out and they told me the good news.

Nothing changed while doing the side to side test

I have a 2011 chevy 2500hd 6.0 just got new tires and now it sounds like the truck is whining and howling when going down the road whine sound when accelerating and like a deep howling during deceleration. It's not a tire howl. I'm going to try and post a video it sounds like it's right below the cab. Edit:
