I purchased a 2021 Tahoe with 7 miles on it. At 1600 miles, I noticed interior condensation in the vehicle and a smell. After 58 days in the shop for 2 repair attempts, the dealership sealed 4 different water intrusion points at the seams of the body. The body was not completely welded at the manufacturer. All of the interior components were removed from the car, mold was identified, and when reassembled, interior is scratched and gouged, parts rattle and I had to scrape ice off the inside of my windows.
I see all the complaints and comments about sunroof drain lines, but this make has other issues related to water on the interior as well.
my dealership was great, they were as frustrated as I was. After fruitless months of trying to work with GM, who obviously were not concerned for my interest, I hired an attorney. It has been 7 months, but really the only option.
