Truck seems to have a low idle but only in gear. Idles fine in P/N but drops when put in gear and will try and pull down the road on it own. Eventually the IACV will open completely and the brake booster seems to stop working. Let off the brake and it takes off. When you go from D to park is reved to around 1600 and right back down to normal idle. New parts, fuel pump(low FP), regulator(leaking), MAF, TPS, MAF, MAP, intake gaskets, temp sensor, upstream O2s(lazy readings), and fuel filter.
