    I cut open the lights and checked the circuits. Shop connected power to the lights outside of the vehicle and they worked.

    No taillights on either side. Fuses are good, circuits are NOT broken (not part of recall) One shop said there isn't enough power getting to them so need new BCM. Turn signals, back up, flashers, brakes are all working fine. I can't find anything saying BCM is related and the truck has no other issues. Any suggestions? Should I replace the lite assembly regardless?
