It's starting to honk more frequently and while running.

I have a 6.6 duramax diesel work truck the truck is running with key in ignition and it will periodically just honk once like every few minutes. Is there any book or information on what the number of honks mean for these new systems I have looked everywhere

My tailgate keeps coming open when I get close to the truck and it has like 3 to 4 honks that go with it and it does it like 3 times before I can shut the tailgate. It has come open while going down the road.
