Hey there guys I am new here hoping to find some help for the troubles I am having. I have a 2015 Silverado 2500 (Non Bose) IO4 System and recently I was driving and all audio stopped working, and an intermittent popping sound now occurs. The radio itself still powers on, and when I remove the 30A "Amp" fuse, nothing changes, the popping still occurs and the radio still powers up just fine, but no audio. I have resorted to pulling the 20A radio fuse for the time being to stop the popping sound and wait for some insight on my issue. I am planning to upgrade to the IO5 very shortly, but I would rather solve the issue at hand first. If this upgrade will solve my problem (new display and HMI module) then I would happily proceed with it. Thank you.
