    2014 GMC Sierra 1500 5.3 L Oil pressure started jumping from 40 to 50 pounds under light throttle. When the oil pressure get up the motor has a misfire on cylinder 6. I am no mechanic and am hoping for some ideas of where to start looking or troubleshooting.
