Hello, My infotainment system hasn't been working properly for quite some time now (4 years). Issues ranging from On star randomly coming on, volume changing by itself, channels changing by itself, channels continuously scanning etc. A quick you tube/ google search revealed that there are thousands of others that have the same issues. I'm sure there are probably endless threads on here too. Forgive me for being lazy and starting my own thread/question. I've brought to the dealer and they given me the run around a few times but other than paying for a new system they offer no assistance. Up until now I've just sucked it up, but today my touch screen is no longer responsive. I tried the recalibration but that didnt work ( I know..... surprise, surprise) So now my question to you all is: Is there a way to program the radio station presets without using the touch screen?
