Tailgate removed and replaced now camera won’t work

I removed my tailgate and unplugged the camera HDMI cable to haul my camper. Two weeks later replaced the tailgate and plugged the HDMI back together. I’ve got the blue screen with service notice. Is there a reboot available since the system was disconnected for about 2500 miles?
